Magformers Magento Store

Magformers.com is an e-commerce site that launched in October 2015. The online store is built on the Magento E-commerce platform, which is the leading e-commerce platform available. The site hosts a B2C, and B2B storefront. Online users can register, create a wish list, save their personal information and track their shipping on the site.  The B2B store enables over 1,800 Magformers resellers to order through the website and receive items in case-pack quantities. Resellers are also able to pay for orders with a credit card or with terms, which bypasses the entire payment process and initiates invoicing from the back office.

Automated E-Commerce

The site is completely automated, and sends orders to the fulfillment team through the Magento API, where each order is changed to a status of “processing”.  Each order dynamically receives a shipping tracking ID, which changes the order status to “shipping”. A Fed Ex shipping ID is dynamically emailed back to the customer where they can track their order status online.

The Magformers.com site also features a retailer locator, where customers can find a retail location close to them. The site is also capable of handling multiple types of coupons, offers, offer codes, and shipping price rules, that are enabled from the Magento back-end.

The client is provided with quarterly metrics and SEO improvements/enhancements to the site based on learning from analytics and user behavior.
